Above are all twenty of the colors in which these seals were issued. I am told the
colors are from two separate printings, of ten colors each. Did the first printing sell
out, requiring the second one? Were the stamps sold or given away? Which colors were in
which printing? If you can provide answers to these questions, or just more information
